ALGAMATER® WWTP is an innovative wastewater, leachate and aquaculture treatment plants.
Bluemater’s exclusive bioremediation and CO2 capture system. It uses only biological treatment processes including polishing by microalgae. The main components of the treatment line are modular and available to be integrated in existing or new alternative systems. Developed by Bluemater in collaboration with Amorim Cork Composites, CORK FLOATING ISLAND® is specially designed for bioremediation in wetlands, rivers and dams but also used as phyto-based pond wastewater treatment and hydroponics. The support structure is made of cork, which makes it a sustainable and durable solution in addition to create an aesthetically pleasing aspect.

GREEN DUNE® is a prismatic photobioreactor for microalgae culture that ensures a highly efficient final polishing at WWTP’s, bioremediation, CO2 capture or algae culture. It has been designed to offer a substantial treatment volume, while requiring significantly less space than cylindrical photobioreactors or pond systems. GREEN DUNE® is cost efficient to install and operate. It’s a modular system that can easily be placed side by side resulting in fields of bioreactors.

The VULCAN® Flotator incorporates an innovative foam liquefying system. It has been designed to avoid chemical usage. It can be effectively applied for sludge flotation, for Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP) with ozone or another oxidant, and also as a biological filter.

SYCON®compact Biological Tower is built in GRP and filled with the NATANTIA® Biocube. Its functioning is based on the percolation NATANTIA® Biocube, which removes water pollutants, such as ammonia, nitrates, phosphates, BOD5 and COD. It presents a low power consumption and maintenance, since the percolating system is self-cleaning.

The BMcompact WWTP is built in GRP and it’s based on the SYCON®compact Biological Tower, filled with the NATANTIA® Biocube, both Bluemater products. It’s a complete system with containerized primary screening and sludge dewatering, removing water pollutants such as ammonia, nitrites, phosphates, BOD5 and COD.
