About
Treesition has developed an agroforestry model with Paulownia trees in which farmers make their plot available for us to plant and grow our trees during a 7 year-period, time needed for the Paulownia to reach maturity.
In return, farmers will benefit from our organic farming consulting services, gain access to our Digital Farming tools and receive a percentage on the sale of the wood and by-products at the end of the 7 year-cycle.
By offering both environmental and financial benefits to farmers, we are committed to supporting them in their transition towards a more sustainable agricultural model.
To complete our circular economy model, we offer an opportunity for individuals and companies to invest in our sustainable agroforestry through ecological investment contracts. At the end of the 7 year-cycle, the benefits from the sale of Paulownia wood are distributed between our eco-investors, the farmers and Treesition.
Our agroforestry model with Paulownia trees therefore combines the environmental benefits of agroforestry and biological agriculture, with the social and financial benefits of ecological investment contracts, for both farmers and our eco-investors.
